🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send the item back within 14 days.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
Because most of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size chart carefully)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Personalized/custom items unless defective

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refund delivery times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
